Why I Started Personal Wellness Guide
I got into wellness while searching for answers for my health problems. Just before and during the COVID19 pandemic, I put on a lot of weight and struggled with belly fat. My sleep was terrible. Not to mention the stress and anxiety.
Also, living with someone with PCOS and allergies put me in research mode most of the time. So, I got into wellness.
I started Personal Wellness Guide to share wellness tips and healthy living hacks I have learned over the years to help others navigate their wellness journey with confidence.
